The EPIA Conference on Artificial Intelligence (EPIA’23) is a well-established European conference. The 22nd edition of the EPIA conference will take place in the Azores (Horta, Faial) in 2023. As in previous editions, this international conference was hosted with the patronage of the Portuguese Association for Artificial Intelligence (APPIA). The EPIA conference aims to promote AI research, covering theoretical/foundational issues and applications and the scientific exchange among researchers, engineers, and practitioners in related disciplines.

In previous years, EPIA has attracted around 100 researchers and practitioners with a considerable Portuguese-member audience. Such an audience includes leading data scientists and professors, talented young researchers/students and developers, and other leaders from major vendors, government organizations, and academia.

This is an excellent opportunity for sponsors’ branding opportunities and collaborations with academia in fundamental long-term research and practitioners in applied and actionable large-scale innovations.
