Important Information

  • Accepted Papers: To have a paper published in the conference proceedings, at least one author of the paper has to be registered as a presenter by the early registration deadline. For authors of more than one paper, an additional fee of €100 is charged for each additional paper, with a maximum of two additional papers.
  • Additional Pages: Papers exceeding the limit of 12 pages are charged 50€ per additional page. Papers with more than 14 pages will not accepted for publication.
  • Student Registration: In order to complete the registration, students are required to provide a certificate of enrolment issued by their university.
  • Additional Conference Dinner Tickets: Additional conference dinner participation tickets can be reserved. The cost will be announced soon.
