The goal of this symposium is to provide an informal environment where students in early stages of their graduate (<span style=\"font-weight: bold; max-width: var(--global--spacing-measure);\">MSc and PhD<\/span>) research can present their main research ideas and discuss them with students and the senior scientific community. The main advantages of participating in DSAI\u201923 are three-fold:<\/p><ol style=\"padding-left: calc(2 * var(--global--spacing-horizontal)); font-family: var(--list--font-family); max-width: var(--global--spacing-measure);\"><li style=\"max-width: var(--global--spacing-measure);\">Students are given the opportunity to present their work in an informal environment, as a preparation to future presentations in international workshops and conferences;<\/li><li style=\"max-width: var(--global--spacing-measure);\">Students can obtain feedback from the scientific community, even in an early stage of their graduate research. Submissions to the Student Symposium have a maximum of\u00a0<u style=\"max-width: var(--global--spacing-measure);\">3 pages + references<\/u><span style=\"max-width: var(--global--spacing-measure);\">.\u00a0<\/span>Submissions have to be authored by the MSc or PhD candidate, and should include information regarding the advisor(s) as a footnote in the first page, anchored in the author\u2019s name.
